This position centers on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all building systems. Your technical skills will be essential to delivering the reliable, high‑quality facility operations our clients depend on.\n\nSHIFT TIME: MON-FRI 2PM - 10:30PM\n\nDay‑to‑day responsibilities\n\nOperate, maintain, and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep all facility and building systems performing to applicable standards\n\nPerform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to maintain optimum performance levels\n\nRecord equipment readings and system parameters, making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and identifying potential issues before they escalte\n\nMonitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors to ensure standards are met and costs remain competitive\n\nMaintain responsibility for facility services, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance coordination, and general maintenance tasks\n\nPerform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory to ensure all equipment is available, properly maintained, and ready for use\n\nTroubleshoot and repair lighting systems, including ballast replacement throughout the facility\n\nPerform maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, and hand wash stations, and operate drain cleaning augers to resolve blockages\n\nComply with departmental policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials while maintaining a clean and safe workplace at all times\n\nRequired qualifications\n\n5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems\n\nAbility to analyze the operation of various industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, determine the cause of problems or malfunctions, and take corrective action\n\nWorking knowledge of CMMS (i.e. Corrigo)\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n\nPhysical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time\n\nAbility to work exposed to varying environmental conditions including heat, sunlight, rain, cold, and both daylight and nighttime hours\n\nPreferred qualifications\n\nEPA 608 Type II Certification or higher for refrigerant handling\n\nAdditional EPA certifications (Universal certification preferred)\n\nExperience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)\n\nTrade certifications or technical school training in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines\n\nExperience working in mission‑critical facilities or environments requiring 24/7 operations\n\nEstimated compensation\n62,400.00 – 74,880.00 USD per year\n\nThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
