Overview Paradise Adventures Catamaran and Watersports in Panama City Beach, Fl. is seeking to hire qualified Deckhands/Mates for the 2026 season. Whether assisting with navigation, handling rigging, or providing hospitality to guests, your proactive approach will ensure smooth sailing every day. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs and ensuring a welcoming onboard atmosphere Conduct safety drills, inspections, and emergency procedures to uphold safety protocols at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained Support the crew in daily operations such as anchoring, mooring, and assisting with docking procedures Pre and Post trip cleaning and resupply In-water and topside snorkel instruction and supervision Pre-trip provisioning, preparation, and vessel inspection Provide an enjoyable, guest-centric and luxury experience throughout the excursion includes serving food and beverage) Experience Prior experience or training in rigging, mechanical systems, or maritime operations is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Background in hospitality or catering is a plus for supporting onboard beverage services Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new skills related to vessel maintenance, safety procedures, and guest relations Valid maritime certifications or licenses are advantageous but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates This position will be a full-time position, with relocation package after 90 days of successful service. We will be conducting interviews throughout December and into January 2026, with an expected start date of early February 2026.
