We are seeking experienced scheduling professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about improving program performance through disciplined planning and execution.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nThe Sr. Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst serves as a corporate planning and scheduling resource supporting multiple business units, programs, proposal efforts, and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Controls, and Executive Leadership to establish executable schedules, improve schedule performance, identify risks, and strengthen program execution.\nThis position plays a critical role in advancing Redwire’s program management maturity, schedule governance, and planning standards across the organization.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting aerospace, defense, space, and enterprise programs.\nBuild executable schedules aligned with program objectives, customer requirements, technical plans, and organizational priorities.\nPerform schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk evaluations.\nAnalyze schedule performance trends, identify execution risks, and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport schedule integration across engineering, manufacturing, software development, supply chain, integration and test, launch operations, mission operations, and corporate functions.\nSupport proposal development through creation of compliant and executable schedules aligned to customer requirements.\nFacilitate schedule reviews with program teams, IPT leads, CAMs, and leadership stakeholders.\nSupport Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), customer reviews, executive reviews, and milestone assessments.\nMaintain schedule baseline integrity and support change management processes.\nDevelop executive-level schedule reporting, metrics, and performance dashboards.\nSupport enterprise scheduling standards, governance processes, templates, and best practices.\nMentor program personnel on schedule development, maintenance, and schedule management principles.\nSupport Earned Value Management (EVMS), program controls, and planning activities where applicable.\nMay be assigned across multiple business units, programs, proposals, and enterprise initiatives based on organizational priorities and workload demands.\n\nIdeal Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field.\n10+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other complex technical programs.\nDemonstrated expertise in schedule development, schedule integration, baseline management, and schedule analysis.\nStrong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic development, dependencies, and schedule forecasting techniques.\nExperience working within cross-functional program environments.\nExperience communicating schedule risks, opportunities, and impacts to both technical and executive audiences.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.\n\nDesired Skills/Abilities:\nExperience supporting National Security Space, DoD, NASA, or other government programs.\nFamiliarity with DCMA schedule assessment methodologies and schedule health metrics.\nExperience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).\nExperience supporting Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).\nKnowledge of aerospace product development and program lifecycles.\nExperience supporting proposal development and capture activities.\nExperience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, or equivalent scheduling tools.\nPMP, PMI-SP, EVP, or similar professional certification.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while supporting multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nActive U.S. Security Clearance.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin the first year, this individual will:\nImprove schedule quality and execution visibility across multiple programs.\nEstablish stronger schedule governance and planning discipline.\nHelp program teams identify and mitigate execution risks earlier.\nSupport successful customer reviews and milestone events.\nContribute to enterprise scheduling standards, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nServe as a trusted planning and scheduling advisor across Redwire.\n\nSalary Range: $125K - $170,000K\n\nGrow with us as we innovate the next generation capabilities for a new era of space exploration!
