Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance for a public sector utility client s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Customer Cloud Services (CCS) projects. You will oversee QA strategy, test planning, and execution across complex utility IT systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple vendors and integrated platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead QA teams in end-to-end testing of AMI and CCS systems.Develop and implement QA processes for utility billing, AMI meter modules, and cloud-based applications.Coordinate QA efforts across multiple vendors and ensure contract compliance.Oversee system integration, functional, and regression testing.Utilize QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Client ALM, and automated testing frameworks.Required Experience:7 10+ years in QA / Testing Management for complex IT projects.Utility domain expertise: smart meters, AMI systems, meter data managementHands-on or oversight experience with Itron Utility IQ (UIQ), AMI Meter Module (AMM) upgrades, and Oracle Utilities CCB CCS migrationExperience in cloud application testing, system integrations, and end-to-end billing workflowsProven experience managing vendor QA and contract complianceSkills & Tools:Jira, TestRail, Client ALM, automated testing toolsQA best practices, test planning, and process improvementAt KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
