In this role you will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining and repairing low-powered cellular radio access nodes to expand 5G and LTE network capacity.\nWhy TAK? Full Time\nPaid Bi-Weekly\nCompensation: $28 - $32 per hour, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match!\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nIndependent Work & Team Collaboration\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role Mount small cell radios, antennas, shrouds, and node enclosures onto metal, wood, or composite utility poles and building structures\nPull, dress, and terminate coaxial, copper power, and fiber optic backhaul cables to client specifications\nConduct line sweeps, Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing, and Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) fiber testing to validate signal strength\nDiagnose and resolve RF performance, synchronization, connectivity, and power disruption issues\nCapture and upload high-quality closeout photos, log technical test data, and submit redlined construction drawings\nSet up and tear down temporary traffic and pedestrian safety cones, signs, and lane closures in accordance with local regulations\nAll other duties as assigned\nRequirements Minimum of 1–2 years in telecom or electrical installation\nBackground in telecommunications, fiber optics, electrical work, or line utility construction\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, RF Data Sheets (RFDS), Bill of Materials (BOM), and wiring schematics\nAbility to interpret schematics, line diagrams, and construction prints\nComfortable working outdoors at heights (using bucket trucks or ladders) and lifting up to 50–70 pounds\nAble to feed power conduit and fiber optic cables into enclosures\nAble to securely install sub-boxes, poles, or racks\nAble to erect wood, metal, or plastic forms to retain wet concrete\nAble to set stringlines and verify elevations using lasers and transits\nOSHA 10, RF Safety, and First Aid/CPR certifications are highly preferred\nMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving\nPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)\nThe compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
