{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"6ce6fae5ff5681f805e5b86d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6ce6fae5ff5681f805e5b86d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6ce6fae5ff5681f805e5b86d","title":"System Engineer","description":"Required: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDetailed oriented systems engineering to understand the in-depth use of Ball spacecraft and the interdependences between spacecraft subsystems.\n\nCreate and document the commands and telemetry for a spacecraft in a useful and easily understood manner throughout the life of the spacecraft development, integration and test, and mission operations.\n\nControl and maintain the configuration of Ball Spacecraft via Flight Software Tables throughout the life of the spacecraft development, integration and test, and mission operations.\n\nOwn and implement the command and telemetry system and tools for Spacecraft Integration and Test, as well as certain flight ground systems.\n\nMaintain a regular and predictable work schedule.\n\nEstablish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.\n\nPerform other duties as necessary.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\nBS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 5 or more years related experience.\n\nEach higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.
