Inside Sales Manager
Pay range from $75k -$80k plus potential for commissions Summary: We are a fast-paced aviation company with rapid growth opportunity, and we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This position will participate in a variety of Sales Programs, initiatives, and projects with engagement with both internal and external customers. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will engage with internal stakeholders and customers to quote wheel and brake repair and sales opportunities to increase revenue and market penetration. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and an eagerness to grow, learn and become part of a winning team.Responsibilities:Create quotes for wheel and brake repair solutions and outright sales for external and internal customers.Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend products and solutions. Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.Provide accurate information to customers about availability of items.Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.Monitor scheduled shipments to ensure proper delivery.Contact customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.Recommend customers to outside sales that may be good opportunities for contracted services.Analyze current contracted customer programs to ensure contract compliance.Collaborate with outside sales and operations to create program review presentations for contracted customers.Perform other duties as assigned.What you’ll bring:At least 3-5 years of inside sales experience.Aviation parts and services experience.The ability to read and understand Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPCs).Advanced MS Excel and strong reporting and presentation development skills.Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or another related field, or technical College diploma.A self-motivated, driven, go-getter who wants to help enhance our customer experience at AeroRepair.Well organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often with a deadline.Effective communicator.Must be a team player.Benefits: AeroRepair provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings with company match focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.About AeroRepair:AeroRepair is a rapidly growing FAA authorized aviation service provider with 11 locations throughout North America.
