We are well-capitalized with strong venture backing and active government contracts.About the roleWe're hiring a Test Site Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations, logistics, organization, and upkeep of our Oklahoma test site. This role will serve as a trusted on-site operational resource responsible for maintaining site readiness, coordinating vendors and shipments, supporting visiting teams, and helping ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.You'll help prepare the site before team visits, coordinate deliveries and vendors, manage incoming equipment, maintain organization across the property, and support the operational backbone that allows testing activities to move efficiently.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. The right candidate will help build structure and operational processes as the company continues to scale.What you'll do• Support day-to-day operational readiness and organization of the Oklahoma test site• Monitor overall cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation of the property• Coordinate trash disposal, basic site cleanup, and outdoor appearance• Open and close the site as needed during operational activities or visits• Coordinate local vendors, contractors, and facility support services• Monitor internet, utilities, and general site functionality• Prepare workspaces and meeting areas prior to team visits• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and equipment logistics• Maintain inventory organization and tracking of equipment and supplies• Label, organize, and store operational equipment appropriately• Assist with general logistics coordination for visiting teams and operational activities• Support the creation and improvement of operational processes and site organization systems• Act as a reliable on-site point of contact and operational support resourceRequirements• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Reliable, trustworthy, and highly dependable• Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities proactively• Strong communication skills and responsiveness• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a startup environment• Comfortable handling operational equipment, deliveries, and vendor coordination• Must be willing to work on-site in Weatherford, OK• Must be a US Person under ITAR - Hop Aero will not sponsor visas for this role.Nice to have• Experience in operations, logistics, facilities coordination, or property/site support• Experience working in warehouse, field operations, or startup environments• Familiarity with inventory tracking or shipment coordination• Military logistics or operational support experienceWhat we offer• Competitive hourly compensation• Flexible part-time schedule based on operational needs• Direct collaboration with company leadership and engineering teams• Opportunity to help build operational systems from the ground up• Early exposure to a fast-growing aerospace startup environment
