Most of the website work is on our intranet but will also includeRaleighNC.gov.\n\nDuties include:\nReview and edit content in a Drupal CMS. Approve content for publication, with responsibility for proper grammar and style in posted content.\n\nWork with internal users who submit content to achieve their goals on RaleighNC.gov and the City's intranet, CoreCon. This can include helping them navigate the Drupal CMS and optimizing the design, SEO, etc. of content and layout.\n\nUnderstand the requirements and complexity of government websites, including accessibility in usability and readability.\n\nCompile content for the weekly employee newsletter, The Loop, and prepare the newsletter to send. The software is GovDelivery but is typical of newsletter/marketing software.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree and two years of experience with content editing, preferably on a website OR an associate's degree with four years of similar experience.\n\nFamiliarity with website CMS systems. Drupal preferred.\n\nKnowledge of email marketing software.
