About the job Systems Analyst (C. Advanced)Primary Job Duties and TasksThese candidates will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:Analyzing defined business rules and functional requirementsUpdating system documentation to ensure it reflects the current system versionEvaluating enhancement requests and providing estimatesDesigning, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions using the Visual Vault SaaS productCreating test plans and test scripts to verify system modifications are error-free and perform as designedFacilitating user acceptance testingDocumenting the results testing activitiesCoordinating with department and Visual Vault staff to deploy software updatesSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)The submitted candidate(s) must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:Skilled at working with the Visual Vault SaaS productExperience with establishing and maintaining business process workflowsAbility to construct effective test plans and test casesAbility to communicate business information effectively and in writing to users and informationtechnology personnel.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with othersAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageExceptionally self-motivated and directedSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to write technical documentationKnowledge of OITS applications, infrastructure, and general business principles, practices, and proceduresGeneral Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)The submitted candidate(s) must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:Communication: Have the ability to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e.; project team meetings, management presentations, etc.).
