And the next chapter is underway.\n\nThe Regional EHS Manager provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for Conductor Power's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program across an assigned geographic region. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and execution of the Conductor Power Safety Management System (CPSMS) across multiple active projects while fostering a strong, proactive safety culture.\nThe Regional EHS Manager partners closely with Operations, Construction, Project Management, and field leadership to drive regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and continuously improve safety performance. Additionally, this position provides direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to Safety Managers assigned within the region, ensuring alignment with company standards, consistent application of EHS policies and procedures, and successful support of project teams in achieving operational and safety objectives.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThe Regional EHS Manager provides direct leadership, coaching, and support to Safety Managers and EHS personnel assigned to projects within the region. This role is responsible for establishing performance expectations, supporting team development, and ensuring consistent execution of Conductor Power’s EHS standards and CPSMS requirements. The Regional EHS Manager oversees onboarding, training, and performance management while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the EHS team.
