We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to ensure we are eliminating defects from our product, and providing the customers with a superior product to meet their needs.\nJOB DUTIES\nWork with the Quality Lead to pull samples of product for quality testing\nVisual inspection of product to identify quality issue\nNotate and document quality issues and findings on company forms as required\nCommunicate work progress and issues to Quality Lead\nAssist with product sorting to identify and remove defective parts from job runs\nAssist with repackaging product as needed\nMay need to assist in other general warehouse duties as time permits\nWilling to assist quality team with other job duties in the department\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nWarehousing, production, or material handling\nPrevious quality experience preferred\nWorks well with others and as a team player\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and navigate the warehouse\nSelf-motivated\nDetailed and organized\nDedicated, dependable as well as good attendance\nAbility to work independently\nExcellent hand/eye coordination\nComputer skills, including Microsoft Office is preferred, but not required\nAvailable Shifts:\nMonday-Wednesday 7pm-7am, Thursday 7pm-1am\nInitial training will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for 2-4 weeks; regular shift hours will start upon successful completion of training.\nCompensation:\n$21/hour to start + $1.25/hour shift differential for weekday nights\nThis full-time position includes our comprehensive benefit package of PTO, Holiday Pay, Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, short-term/long-term disability, and 401k plan.\nWe are looking for employees that are interested in long-term careers!
