The successful candidate will be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Senior Software Engineer's responsibilities will include development, writing code, and documenting functionality.\n\nQualifications\n\nWork with development teams to design and implement the end-to-end online solution.\nStrong understanding and experience in Java, C#, NET\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design techniques\nStrong relational database experience (Oracle/MS SQL Server preferred)\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nStrong meeting facilitation\nProven ability to understand a customer’s business environment and processes\nExperience across the full system development lifecycle\nAbility to read, digest and communicate complex subject matter to all levels\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing business demands\nAbility to work independently or on a team\nAbility to manage time and work well under pressure\nAbility to provide reliable and informative project status to managers and customers\nAbility to complete work within assigned deadlines\nAbility to communicate across different levels of the business (for example, trading desks and development team members)\nA creative, innovative approach to problem-solving\nFlexibility to handle multiple work streams at any one time\nAbility to work with minimal direction on multiple tasks\nFlexibility to align work hours with business processes (i.e. early starts ~ 7 am) and after hours’ system deployments, upgrades, and support\n\nAdditional Information\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and/or equivalent experience.
