Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Custodian position located in Yucaipa, CA. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across the school campus, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. Additional responsibilities include minor maintenance tasks and assisting with necessary setup or cleanup for events and activities. Qualifications Proficiency in cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.Basic understanding of building maintenance, including minor repairs.Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.Strong organizational and time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and staff.Physical stamina to perform various custodial tasks, including lifting moderate weights and prolonged standing.Previous experience in a custodial or facilities maintenance role is a plus.Commitment to supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment for all.
