Every team member plays a meaningful role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, with clear opportunities to grow professionally with the firm.Role Description This role works closely with our lead wealth advisors to build and implement the high-impact financial and tax planning work we do for clients, including building financial plans, tax projections, and estate analysis. During tax season, this position takes a lead role on our newly introduced tax return preparation service, leveraging AI tools to prepare and review client tax returns.The position offers meaningful opportunities to broaden skills, deepen specialization, and take on additional responsibilities over time, with real career track opportunities ahead.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage programs and tools such as eMoney, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, and others to build financial plans, model estate plans, analyze tax returns, and create projections to help develop recommendations for client actionsTake a lead role on our newly introduced tax return preparation service, leveraging AI tools to prepare and review client tax returns accurately and efficientlyPartner with lead advisors on tax-aware planning decisions: Roth conversions, ESPP timing, RSU sales, charitable strategies, retirement income sequencingPrepare client meeting materials: agendas, plan updates, scenario comparisons, and action itemsCoordinate the implementation of planning recommendations between client meetings, partnering with the operations team on execution. Examples include Roth conversions, charitable giving strategies, and RMD planningCommunicate with clients in a professional, warm, and timely manner regarding planning and tax mattersIdentify opportunities and contribute ideas to improve processes, refine the client experience, and enhance the firm's planning and tax work as we growQualificationsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailStrong sense of ownership and follow-through, with comfort being the person clients and advisors rely on to drive work to completion, especially during tax season2+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial planning, tax, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong relevant internship or coursework experience are also welcome to applyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients and colleaguesProven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and comfort learning new systemsBachelor's degree from an accredited universityDesire to pursue the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, with full financial support from the firm. The CFP designation is a core part of this role's growth pathWillingness to obtain necessary securities licenses upon joining (if not already licensed).
