As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise activities for Traffic Control, Paving, and Spoils.The Contract Specialist will focus on invoice validation and ensure accurate billing in line with Vendor Master Services Agreements (MSA). You will be instrumental in confirming that PG&E is billed correctly according to contracts and fieldwork. This temporary position requires a proactive, curious, and respectful mindset with a continuous improvement approach.ResponsibilitiesValidate invoices and manage communications with vendors and internal customers.Utilize Salesforce/Conga for contract lifecycle management and SAP for reviewing vendor invoices.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues promptly.Build and maintain relationships with PG&E stakeholders and vendor representatives.Develop and maintain documentation for policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Monitor and manage key contract milestones proactively.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Four years of experience in contract/project management, business/office management, finance, or related fields.PreferencesExperience in accounting, business, contracts, purchasing, or process/project management.Proficiency in Salesforce, Ariba, SAP (invoicing/billing functions).Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for executive-level presentations.Detail-oriented to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate work products.Ready to make an impact?
