QualificationsMust be located in Round Rock, TX-or willing to relocate.Proven track record as a Java Developer, ideally with CRM, VMS, or Job-Board system implementations.Deep expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data, Security), and ecosystem tools.Hands-on experience with RESTful (and optionally SOAP) web services, relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).Familiarity with recruiting-technology concepts: workflows, integrations (e.g. resume parsing, job-board feeds), and analytics.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, well-tested code.Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable mentoring junior developers.
