In this role, you will work closely with the lead architecture team to build scalable, AI-driven backend services and modular workflows.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild Portable AI “Agent Skills” across popular AI platforms.\nAI Integration: Assist in implementing and testing agentic workflows and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, including Graph RAG and Agentic RAG.\nBackend Development: Contribute to the core platform architecture and API development utilizing .NET 10 and microservices.\nObservability: Support the integration of distributed tracing and monitoring across the platform using OpenTelemetry.\nCollaboration: Work alongside a hybrid onshore/offshore engineering team to execute technical designs and meet critical release milestones.\nQualifications:\nPursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nSolid programming foundation with experience in backend development, specifically C# and .NET.\nStrong interest in generative AI, LLMs, and modern system architecture.\nFamiliarity with any of the following is a strong plus: Microsoft Agent Framework, Dapr, OpenTelemetry, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor).\n\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nBecause we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
