management, program security, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security for the purpose of guidance to customers and industry partners\r\nConduct briefings and indoctrinations to a variety of audiences\r\nMake compelling and articulate recommendations on current security issues for program security decisions to Directorate and Office Directors of Security, Program Managers, and Directorate leadership\r\nAssist in the development of security policies and implementation procedures\r\nDomestic Travel and OCONUS up to 25%Minimum Qualifications:\r\nHS Diploma/GED and 8 or more years relevant security experience or Associate’s Degree and 6 or more years relevant security experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years relevant security experience or Masters and 2 years relevant security experience\r\nAbility to work high-level, complex or sensitive security issues thoroughly and with discretion\r\nDemonstrated ability to identify and assess multiple sources for classification determinations control, marking, and dissemination principles and requirements which could include FOIA and Pre-publication reviews\r\nSubstantive experience providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers, in support of secure and successful mission accomplishment\r\nFamiliarity with ICD 503, 705, DISS, and Scattered Castles\r\nHave a working knowledge and be able to implement Intelligence Community Directives as well as NRO Directives and Instructions\r\nKnowledge of program protection methodologies and risk management principles as they relate to appropriately protecting and sharing information, missions, operations, and assetsPreferred Qualifications:\r\nAbility to assist the government in the NRO Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)\r\nExperience working with industrial security staffs\r\nSecurity Program Oversight Manual (NISPOM) security policy and procedures\r\nWorking knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirementsSecurity Requirements:\r\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical requirements:\r\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\r\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\r\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations\r\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these
