You will serve as the primary point of contact for government leadership, provide authoritative guidance across multi-cloud and AI technical domains, and drive successful execution of all contractual requirements.\nIf you thrive in high-visibility environments, excel at integrating cloud and AI solutions, and are motivated by leading large-scale federal programs, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.\nHOW A CLOUD PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:\nApply mastery-level expertise integrating multi-cloud environments and solutions to meet complex mission and business requirements\nProvide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences on critical program issues\nApply creative and strategic thinking to develop solutions for previously unsolvable problems and influence key agency policies and programs\nLead big data operational execution and delivery\nOversee initiatives involving Data Warehouse, Business Objects, AWS, and Snowflake technologies\nApply experience with system development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, Kanban, XP, Spiral, and RAD\nUtilize expert-level knowledge of big data principles to select and apply efficient data processing hardware, software, and analytical methods\nDirect all phases of the program from inception through completion\nBe responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or major subsystems\nParticipate in contract negotiations and contract modifications\nEnsure achievement of all required contractual performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, OPIs, etc.)\nOversee financial performance to meet program financial metrics\nCoordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contractual terms and conditions\nAct as the primary customer point of contact, leading program review sessions covering cost, schedule, and technical performance\nEstablish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for research, development, integration, and testing activities\nEstablish program milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules\nIdentify program risks, issues, and challenges and drive solutions such as resource allocation adjustments or contractual modifications\nDirect the work of employees assigned to the program across technical and administrative roles\nServe as the senior business leader for the program, determining customer needs, coordinating technical solution responses, shaping acquisitions, and positioning GDIT to deliver best‑in‑class services\nConduct planning and provide recommendations to the client on workload and task execution\nManage risk tracking processes and mitigation activities\nAttend customer meetings and serve as the client liaison\nInteract with vendors, partner agencies, stakeholders, and client leadership\nCoordinate development and ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables\nThis role will require you to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility.
