You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, and providing feedback to the development team during the entire software development lifecycle. This role demands a thorough understanding of the Scrum methodology and active participation in all Scrum activities.\nWhile this is a remote position, you must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.\nIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.\nExecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.\nEvaluate product code according to specifications.\nConduct post-release/post-implementation testing.\nCollaborate with product management and development teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate tests.\nParticipate actively in all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).\nDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.\nContinuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes.\nWhat you bring:\nFamiliarity of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of test management software such as TestRail, Test King, JIRA, DevOps, and/or TestLink\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nExperience with Behavior Driven Development (Cucumber or SpecFlow)\nFamiliarity with Jira or other Agile project management tools.\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nKnowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices.\nExperience in performance and security testing.\nProven experience as a QA engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in agile/scrum methodology.\nExperience with mobile application testing.\nExperience in testing B2B software.\nELD application experience a plus.\nThe values you’ll live by as part of the team:\nAlways Put the Customer First – with the customer experience in mind, build trust and loyalty.\nEmbrace and Drive Change – have an innovative mindset and embrace the change.\nThink Bigger - commit to growing the organization and grow as an individual.\nBe a Good Human – treat everybody with respect and always do what is best.\nExecute with Passion and Urgency – we need to be the very best at what we do.\nDrive Trust and Transparency – open and honest communication, trust each other and take risks.\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience $75,000- $85,000.
