DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESThe Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requires the services of four (4) ERP Developer 3 resources, hereafter referred to as Candidates , who meet the general qualifications of ERP Developer 3 in Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document.All work products resulting from this project shall be considered "works made for hire" and remain the property of HHSC. Candidates may be subject to criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. HHSC will not pay any fees for interviews or selection-related activities.The ERP Developer 3 will:Perform advanced analysis, design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions.Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, and debugging .Ensure seamless integration of software within ERP environments.Maintain and produce technical documentation .Project OverviewHHSC is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Developer for a critical migration project. Key responsibilities include:Analyzing legacy systems built on the .NET framework .Reverse-engineering business logic and extracting critical data.Performing complex data migration from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.Supporting standard PeopleSoft development activities .The role requires strong communication skills to document and explain legacy system logic to stakeholders.Additional responsibilities:Perform SDLC activities (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Provide support during different project phases, including possible off-hours work .Experience Level8+ years of experience requiredAbility to work independently on complex tasksMay lead or mentor team membersDemonstrates high creativity, initiative, and technical expertiseII.
