This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience by leading staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations.\nAs the primary field leader, the RPM ensures coaches are prepared for success through ongoing development and in-field coaching. This role blends program leadership, people management, and training execution to drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Elevo standards. The RPM also serves as the primary point of contact for site-level partners, building strong relationships with school staff and principals to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and satisfaction. They build engaged, accountable teams that deliver strong program outcomes and are energized by Elevo’s mission to make a meaningful impact on students.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProgram Ownership & Execution\nOwn program quality across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with Elevo standards and district expectations\nMonitor program health through staffing, training effectiveness, student engagement, and partner feedback\nEnsure consistent execution of all standard operating procedures\nMaintain a consistent on-site presence (3–5 days per week) to support coaches and ensure program quality\nPrepare coaches for field execution through hands-on training and real-time support\nReinforce training through in-field coaching aligned to Elevo’s instructional approach\nProvide in-field coaching through observation, modeling, and feedback to drive performance and retention\nServe as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, including principals and school staff\nBuild strong relationships to ensure alignment and a positive customer experience\nProactively resolve site-level concerns with urgency and professionalism\nPeople Leadership & Coach Development\nLead with visible presence and credibility, model the standard you expect from your coaches\nCoach with empathy and intention, understand what motivates each individual and adapt your approach to unlock performance\nNavigate conflict and difficult conversations with professionalism, fairness, and care\nBuild a team culture where coaches feel supported, challenged, and accountable to a shared mission\nRecognize and celebrate wins, share credit openly, and take ownership of setbacks, modeling accountability at all times\nPartner & Stakeholder Relations\nServe as the primary point of contact for site leaders, including principals and school staff\nBuild strong, trust-based relationships that reflect Elevo’s commitment to excellence in schools\nAddress site-level concerns proactively with urgency, sound judgment, and a service mindset\nRepresent Elevo’s values consistently and professionally in every partner interaction\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\n2–4+ years of experience in program leadership, education, youth development, operations, customer success, or people management\nExperience leading teams through coaching and feedback\nStrong communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external partners\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nComfortable working in school environments with regular site visits\nReliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites\nPreferred\nExperience in TK–6th education, afterschool, or expanded learning programs\nExperience facilitating training or professional development\nBilingual (Spanish preferred in some regions)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace\nSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & TRAITS\nStrong people leader with a coaching mindset\nHigh ownership with strong follow-through\nOrganized and able to manage multiple sites and priorities\nProactive problem-solver\nRelationship-driven and customer-focused\nAdaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity\nAble to balance strategy with hands-on execution\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust pass DOJ & FBI Live Scan (background check)\nTB clearance\nCompletion of Mandated Reporter Training (upon hire)\nAbility to meet the physical demands of an active program environment\nThe responsibilities listed above are intended to describe the primary duties of this role and are not an exhaustive list.
