This role combines proposal development and client engagement. You’ll help identify government contracting opportunities, support the response to RFPs and RFIs, and lead live product demonstrations to prospective clients.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the GovTech space, working with a collaborative, technically focused team. You'll work directly with company leadership and product experts to help public agencies modernize how they operate.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor state and federal RFP/RFI portals for relevant opportunitiesAnalyze RFPs and manage internal response timelines and coordinationDraft, format, and edit proposal documents in compliance with RFP requirementsDeliver engaging product demonstrations to public-sector audiencesDevelop a working knowledge of our platform, arc, and tailor demos accordinglyMaintain proposal templates and a library of supporting documentsAssist in improving internal processes around business development and proposal responseWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in English, Public Policy, Business, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management abilitiesComfort presenting to external stakeholders, including government officialsInterest in government, technology, and digital transformationAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyBonus: Experience with proposal writing, RFP responses, or government procurementBonus: Familiarity with SaaS, licensing, compliance, or regulatory softwareThis is an ideal time to join JD Software as we expand our footprint in the public sector.
