May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system. Verify recorded information to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Identify and correct errors. Update files and records. Assemble, batch, and distribute data.\r\nFor Support Specialist roles ONLY\r\nPrevious clinical data entry preferred\r\nImaging and indexing of paper DCT's received via mail\r\nAnswer questions on DCT entry process and the query resolution process on an ongoing basis\r\nFor Clinical Safety Data Associate Roles ONLY\r\nSafety Data Associate\r\nBrief Description: Performs data entry functions and other data functions for the Safety Department.\r\nRequirements\r\nFluent in English; additional languages a plus, but not required\r\nStrong computer skills\r\nScientific knowledge preferred, but not mandatory\r\nClinical Research experience preferred, but not mandatory\r\nSpecific Job Duties\r\nSupport the Safety Managers/Safety Scientists\r\nInteract with the Safety Managers/Safety Scientists to discuss ongoing projects\r\nBe aware of and maintain the workflow and timelines for each project\r\nEnter data into safety database with accuracy\r\nEnsure filing of all documents and organize all filing systems\r\nInteract with staff, clients or partners to ensure case information is adequate and accurate\r\nPerform quality control on entered cases to ensure cases meet highest standards\r\nParticipate in and contribute to team meetings\r\nOther duties assigned by management\r\nMaintain accurate and complete documentation and system records of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service experience and mitigate potential legal issues. Report to the proper group any allergy, adverse events, or duplicate therapy warnings that appear\r\nAccurately enter eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and/or other information into system. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all applications, mailers, orders, enrollment forms and new patients.
