Gain hands-on experience in all facets of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits, and event planning! Tasks and projects will require working on teams, both interdepartmentally and cross-functionally.\nKey Projects and Tasks\n\nTemporary Employee Management - Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs, coordinate with staffing agencies, and support the onboarding process for temporary employees.\nEvent Planning –Take the lead in organizing one of Flexco’s signature events—Bring Your Kid to Work Day. Gain hands-on experience in creating a fun, inclusive workplace culture while managing event logistics and budgets.\nData Entry – Support the Human Resources team by assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS module, including organizing and maintaining digital documents and records.\nAudit Physical Files – Help ensure compliance by auditing physical personnel files for current and former employees. Properly file sensitive information and research best practices for record retention.\nNorth American Internship Program\nThe Flexco Summer Internship Program has been designed to assist undergraduate students gain exposure to the Manufacturing Industry, provide hands-on experience in their field of interest, and develop professional skills for their future careers.\nInterns at Flexco can expect to…\n\nParticipate in 10-12 weeks of our immersive internship program,\nExperience the Flow of Flexco – weekly meetings with various departments across the business to understand the importance of their role and function within the organization,\nTake part in monthly workshops on resume writing, LinkedIn networking, interview do’s and don’ts, presentation skills, and Yellow Belt training,\nShowcase what you’ve learned with a capstone presentation at the end of the summer – highlight a large project/multiple projects you’ve worked on and share your experiences with Flexco’s values.\nRequirements\n1. Full-time, on-site availability (40 hours/week)\n2. Currently enrolled in college/university with Fall 2026 registration confirmed\n3. Must be a rising junior or higher\n4. Major in Human Resources\n5.
