The role involves direct interaction with Process and Product Development, Process Engineering, Plant Quality Operations, Corporate Quality functions, and customers. The objective is to ensure that new products and processes are launched with accurate and consistent drawings, specifications, validations, capabilities, inspection plans, and process parameters. This position identifies functional capabilities of advanced metrology and inspection systems, evaluates their performance, validates their functional utility, implements them, and supports these systems over time. This role encompasses training and mentoring Plant Quality Managers and Quality Engineers across the business.\nEssential Responsibilities and Duties:\nDesign / Develop / Implement / Perform Equipment Validations.\nDevelop, validate, implement, and support advanced metrology and inspection systems.\nProvide essential statistical and process support to stablish baseline operating parameters for all machine platforms.
