As a Program Case Manager/Driver on the Journeys team, you will play a meaningful, hands-on role in making that mission a reality each day. In this position, you will provide direct supervision and skill-building support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program, while also taking responsibility for safely transporting participants to and from program sites and community locations. This is a role for someone who brings both a caring presence and a reliable sense of responsibility to their work, someone who understands that the journey matters just as much as the destination.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision and individualized support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports programComplete daily transportation runs for assigned participants in compliance with HST/MART/DDS regulationsFacilitate skill development activities and meaningful opportunities tailored to participants' individual goalsSupport participants at volunteer sites, work sites, and community outingsMaintain accurate program records and daily documentationCommunicate effectively and respectfully with participants, their families, and program staffOperate program vehicles safely and in accordance with Northeast Arc and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the Program Director to ensure consistent, high-quality service deliveryQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or other related experience preferredExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective communicator in both person and in writingTeam player who is flexible and able to adapt to a changing scheduleAbility to communicate in English and/or ASL via direct communicationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products and associated applicationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredMust be able to stand and/or walk up to one hour uninterruptedMust successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.Benefits & Perks At Northeast Arc, we offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and growth.
