A company is looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer to manage personal injury litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial Draft, review, and respond to motions and other litigation documents Develop case strategies aligned with applicable civil procedure and evidentiary rules Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active and in-good-standing license in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico Experience in litigation and drafting motions preferred Strong understanding of trial procedure and legal strategy Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
