Requirements: Active membership with the California bar Minimum of 5 years of business litigation or employment litigation experience Excellent legal research, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively 1700 hour annual billing requirement Preferred Qualifications: Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
