Data Analyst

Job Overview:PENNEP is seeking an experienced Data Analyst 4 to join our client's dynamic team. The role focuses on building advanced Tableau dashboards beyond basic reporting, identifying root causes, translating data into actionable insights, and creating impactful visualizations. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating and presenting insights to stakeholders and has a strong analytical mindset.  Roles & Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards using complex calculations, window/table functions, and parameters beyond basic reportingAnalyze data to provide clear insights and specific, actionable recommendations for products or servicesTranslate business questions into data-driven answers by leveraging available datasets and visualizationsMonitor data pipelines and reports to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistencyPerform data quality assurance and investigate root causes when issues arise in data movement across systemsWork with cloud-based data environments and databases (any cloud platform or database experience is acceptable)Use Python for data transformation, processing, and moving data across systemsAutomate recurring analyses and reporting processes using visualizations and scriptsCollaborate in a product-driven environment, applying data insights to support product decisions (product experience preferred but not required)Present findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, clearly communicating complex data in a meaningful way Required Skills and Experience:5 years of combined experience – Built an advanced dashboard at least once, they could be considered.
