Requirements: Requirements: Minimum 10 years of construction experience Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience as a foreman In depth knowledge of concrete and framing Provide own tools relevant to the trade Ability to read and comprehend plans to lead a crew Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites ***Employer conducts pre-employment drug screening – including marijuana*** Job Duties: Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes Construct, erect, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, such as concrete forms Building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters Install window and door frames Ability to install siding, drywall and batt insulation Safely operate hand and power tools Use measuring devices and read tape Other duties as assigned Benefits: Great Pay, Medical, Major Holidays, 401K, Sick Pay, and Vacation (after one year) About Griffin Construction: We are a growing commercial construction company with a self-perform focus.
