manufacturing company\nTight-knit team where strong performers are valued\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDevelop, create, and modify CNC programs for precision-machined aerospace components.\nProgram CNC mills and/or lathes based on engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.\nReview blueprints, models, and technical drawings to determine appropriate machining methods and sequences.\nSelect appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, fixtures, and machining strategies.\nCreate and optimize toolpaths to improve machining efficiency, quality, and cycle times.\nTroubleshoot CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to resolve machining or production issues.\nSupport CNC machinists and operators with program-related questions and setup requirements.\nPerform program prove-outs and assist with first-piece production as needed.\nWork closely with Quality to ensure finished parts meet dimensional and customer specifications.\nMaintain and revise existing CNC programs as required.\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize scrap.\nFollow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.\nMaintain accurate programming and manufacturing documentation.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 2–5 years of CNC programming experience, preferably in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding.\nAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.\nStrong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).\nExperience programming CNC mills and/or lathes.\nAbility to troubleshoot machining and programming issues.\nExperience working with tight tolerances and precision-machined components.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate and work effectively with Engineering, Quality, Production, and machine operators.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple programming priorities.\nAerospace manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience programming multi-axis CNC equipment.\nExperience with CAD/CAM programming software.\nExperience machining aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and Inconel.\nKnowledge of first-article inspection and AS9100 manufacturing environments.\nPrevious hands-on CNC machining or setup experience is
