We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee diverse commercial projects across the Chicagoland area.Key Responsibilities:-Responsible for managing the full scope of projects to ensure financial success and confirm all deadlines are met -Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and presentation meetings as requested-Acting point of contact for owners, internal staff, subcontractors, architects, & engineers-Seamless communication and collaboration with other project managers -Work in partnership with Superintendents and other onsite team members-Onsite collaboration to ensure project safety at all times-Other duties as needed and assignedRequirements:- JOC Experience Preferred - Preferably hold a BS in Construction Management or Engineering- Possess 5-10 years of construction project management experience - Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, and NegotiationAre you a well-organized professional who excels in team environments?
