Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Construction Quality Representative, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesField VerificationPerform daily field observations across assigned buildings and work areasVerify work is installed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirementsIdentify quality concerns before work is concealedSupport First-of-Kind (FOAK) installations and mockup reviewsVerify field conditions align with approved construction documentsInspection and Testing SupportConfirm required inspections have occurredVerify hold points and witness points are not bypassedSupport tracking of testing and inspection activitiesVerify inspection and testing documentation is completeDocumentation and Records ReviewCollect and organize photographic evidenceVerify required quality documentation has been uploaded to ACCSupport documentation recovery effortsVerify document naming and filing requirements are being followedAssist with turnover package preparation and readiness reviewsIssue Tracking and Follow-UpDocument observed quality concernsTrack deficiencies, corrective actions, NCRs, and punch list itemsFollow up on open issues and verify closure evidenceSupport trend identification and recurring issue trackingReportingMaintain field observation logsUpdate quality trackers and dashboardsPrepare weekly summaries of observations and open issuesSupport quality audits and management reviewsQualificationsExperience3–5 years of construction experienceData center, mission critical, industrial, commercial, or federal project experience preferredExperience with construction inspections, quality programs, or documentation management preferredTechnical SkillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsBasic understanding of CSA, mechanical, and electrical systemsExperience with ACC, Procore, BIM 360, or similar platforms preferredStrong organizational and documentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelDesired CharacteristicsDetail-oriented and highly organizedStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter capable of working independentlyComfortable working in active construction environmentsStrong focus on accountability, documentation, and continuous improvementThe salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
