Our culture, combined with continuous opportunities for technical growth, has resulted in an industry-low turnover rate.\nA Day in the Life as a Technical Support Representative:\nAs the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of our support. Your daily responsibilities will include:\nTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone and email (ticketing system).\nTechnical Work: Utilize Linux command line and networking tools to diagnose camera and server connectivity issues.\nOperations: Assist field technicians during service calls/installations and provision hardware before shipping.\nCollaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner and nothing falls through the cracks.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nPay: $35,000 - $40,000 Annual Salary DoE\nBonus: Eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.\nHybrid work opportunities.\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits (after probationary period).\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) employer contribution.\nLife insurance & 401k plan.\nA supportive, team-focused atmosphere.\nQualifications:\nTechnical Support Experience: Previous helpdesk or support role preferred.\nCore Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts (IP addresses, subnets, etc.).\nLinux: Familiarity with the Linux command line is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical aptitude.\nSoft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication and a strong aptitude for learning new software systems.\nMindset: A proactive desire to own problems and see them through to resolution.\nRequirements:\nReliable transportation to our Covington, LA office.\nSchedule: Availability to work 40 hours per week in our 7:00AM - 4:00PM, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, or 9:00AM - 6:00PM shifts.\nWeekend Rotation: Candidates must also be available to work a rotating Saturday shift as part of the team schedule.\nAll applicants must successfully complete background screening.\nTo Apply:\nIf you are interested in working for our amazing company, please submit your resume and cover letter with the heading “Technical Support Representative – (Insert Your Name)”\nPrincipals only.
