This position assists guests with menu selections, operates the point-of-sale system, maintains clean and organized work areas, and supports efficient concession operations during events and peak service periods.This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.90-$17.90 and is tip eligible.This is a seasonal role from June 25, 2026, and will end on September 30, 2026.This position will remain open until August 28, 2026.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely mannerAccurately process transactions using the point-of-sale systemAssist guests with menu selections and answer questions regarding food and beverage offeringsMaintain knowledge of concession menu items, promotions, and pricingPrepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with company standards as neededMaintain clean, organized, and fully stocked cashier and concession areas throughout each shiftClean, sanitize, and maintain dining tables, counters, condiment stations, and guest seating areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environmentAssist with removing trays, trash, and debris from guest areas during and after serviceFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresRestock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed during serviceComplete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficientlyWork collaboratively with concession staff and management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfactionAddress guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessaryMaintain company standards for attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and appearanceQualificationsPrevious cashier, concession, retail, or customer service experience preferredBasic math and transaction processing skillsAbility to operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficientlyStrong communication and guest service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAbility to lift heavy objects as needed.Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentMust possess or be able to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card as required by state law
