This role supports the Director, HR Business Partner and the broader HR team by managing day-to-day HR administration, coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities, maintaining HR data, and serving as a first point of contact for routine employee inquiries.\nThis position is based full-time at our Richmond, IN facility and plays a key role in supporting employees and leaders through reliable HR operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRecruiting & Hiring Support\nCoordinate recruiting logistics, including completing initial screenings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the interview process.\nPrepare offer letters using approved templates and initiate background screenings.\nTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate recruiting records.\nOnboarding & Offboarding\nCoordinate onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, system entry, orientation scheduling, and preemployment requirements.\nEnsure timely completion of I9s and EVerify in compliance with federal requirements.\nCoordinate offboarding activities with the HR Business Partner and HR Operations Specialist to ensure accurate documentation and system updates.\nHR Administration & Data Management\nMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Paychex preferred).\nSupport HRIS data entry, audits, and data integrity efforts.\nMaintain employee personnel files in accordance with company and legal requirements.\nTraining & Compliance Coordination\nTrack and coordinate required HR and safety training.\nSupport compliancerelated reporting, audits, and recordkeeping.\nPayroll, Benefits & Leave Support\nProvide administrative support for payroll processing as the backup resource.\nAssist with benefits administration and open enrollment preparation.\nSupport the HR Operations Specialist in leave administration as needed.\nEmployee Support & HR Team Assistance\nServe as a first point of contact for routine employee questions, escalating issues as appropriate.\nSupport HR projects and initiatives as assigned.\nAssist with preparation of reports and documentation as needed.\nExperience and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n13 years of administrative or HRrelated experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).\nExperience with HRIS systems preferred; Paychex experience a plus.\nTravel Requirements\nMinimal travel; occasional travel may be required for HR initiatives or peak periods.\nCore Competencies:\nOperational Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensures HR processes and data are accurate, complete, and compliant.\nOrganization & FollowThrough: Manages multiple tasks efficiently and completes work reliably and on time.\nService Orientation: Responds professionally and helpfully to employee and manager inquiries.\nDiscretion & Confidentiality: Handles sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment.\nCollaboration & Team Support: Works effectively with HR leaders and crossfunctional partners to support team goals.\nWhy Join Hyperion:\nHyperion offers a unique opportunity to operate as a true HR Business Partner in a growing, PE-backed organization where thoughtful HR leadership directly influences results.
