Other tasks may be assigned based on business needs.\nDemonstrate commitment to core values by leading and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, React, and other JavaScript frameworks\nArchitect and implement API-driven and service-oriented solutions\nBuild and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure\nCollaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions\nLead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions\nEnsure applications meet standards for performance, security, scalability, and reliability\nParticipate in code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems\nMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers\nEssential Education, Skills and Experience:\n5+ years of professional software development experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, if not equal years of experience, trainings and certifications\nStrong expertise in C# and .NET (Core/.NET 6+)\nSolid experience with JavaScript, specifically React\nProven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL)\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.)\nStrong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, layered architecture, event-driven systems)\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases\nFamiliarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nKnowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tooling\nExperience with automated testing frameworks\nBackground in Agile/Scrum development environments\nExposure to security best practices and compliance standards\nThe base pay range for this role is between $70,000 and $150,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, along with budgeted range of position.\nEquus Compute Solutions offers a comprehensive full-time benefits package consisting of medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, matched 401K, life, critical accidental or illness, company paid short- & long-term disability, six weeks of paid parental leave, generous paid time off and wellness programs.
