The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.\r\nDevelop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.\r\nBuild responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.\r\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\r\nWrite clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.\r\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\r\nOptimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.\r\nDevelop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.\r\nImplement secure coding practices and follow OWASP guidelines.\r\nParticipate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.\r\nWork closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and production deployments.\r\nMonitor application health and resolve critical production issues.\r\nMentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.\r\nRequired Technical Skills\r\nSpring Boot\r\nSpring MVC\r\nSpring Security\r\nSpring Data JPA\r\nHibernate\r\nRESTful Web Services\r\nSOAP (Good to Have)\r\nFrontend\r\nAngular (10+) or React.js\r\nHTML5\r\nCSS3\r\nTypeScript\r\njQuery (Good to Have)\r\nDatabase\r\nOracle\r\nSQL Server\r\nMySQL\r\nMongoDB (Preferred)\r\nSQL Query Optimization\r\nMessaging & Integration\r\nJMS\r\nAWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS)\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\r\n6–11 years of software development experience.\r\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.\r\nExperience building scalable Microservices applications.\r\nStrong understanding of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and JVM concepts.\r\nExperience working with relational and NoSQL databases.\r\nKnowledge of cloud-native application development.\r\nExcellent debugging and analytical skills.\r\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.\r\nExperience with event-driven architecture.\r\nKnowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway.\r\nExperience with Redis or Hazelcast caching.\r\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes deployments and Helm Charts.\r\nExposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.\r\nExperience with OpenShift is a plus.\r\nKnowledge of GraphQL is an advantage.\r\nTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
