This is an opportunity to join alongstanding, highly respected contractor with decades of success in the Southern California marketand a strong pipeline oftenant improvement and commercial interior projects . If you have experience estimating drywall scopes forcommercial TI projects , this could be an excellent long-term opportunity. Position Overview The Estimator will focus primarily oncommercial tenant improvement projects , preparing accurate cost estimates, performing takeoffs, and coordinating with project teams to ensure competitive bids and successful project execution. Responsibilities Prepare detailed drywall estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects Perform digital quantity takeoffs using estimating software Analyze plans, specifications, and project scope Develop accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates Coordinate with project managers and operations teams Assist with bid preparation and proposal submission Review subcontractor and vendor pricing Support preconstruction and project planning activities Project Types Commercial tenant improvements Corporate office interiors Healthcare facilities Schools and institutional buildings Large commercial ground-up projects Project sizes typically range from$2.5M to $5M drywall packages .
