You will combine data analysis with hands‑on shopfloor collaboration and play a key role in Long-Term Asset Planning (LTAP) and Capex decisions.\n\nKey Activities and Responsibilities\n\nAnalyze maintenance data, identify trends, and lead root cause analyses (RCFA)\n\nSupport troubleshooting of critical equipment issues and drive reliability improvements\n\nDefine and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, lubrication, failure‑finding)\n\nLead FMECA for critical assets and improve maintenance plans\n\nOptimize spare parts strategy and support technical evaluations with suppliers\n\nManage LTAP, assess asset condition and risks, and define long‑term investment plans\n\nProvide reliability input to Capex projects and ensure high standards for new equipment\n\nSkills\n\nDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)\n\n3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability or asset management\n\nStrong knowledge of RCFA, FMECA, and predictive maintenance tools\n\nExperience with SAP PM or similar systems\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills\n\nKey strengths\n\nProblem‑solving and structured thinking\n\nHands‑on, shopfloor‑oriented approach\n\nAbility to influence and coach teams\n\nStrong focus on continuous improvement and long‑term results\n\nBe bold and take the leap!\nWe're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
