Join a workplace that encourages individuality and values the unique perspectives each team member brings.Position OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently met. This leader will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and build a strong culture of accountability and engagement across the production team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targetsChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standardsDevelop, mentor, and hold accountable supervisors and production staffImplement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)Monitor KPIs and production metrics; drive corrective action when neededCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and MaintenanceManage labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocationSupport cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency improvementsEnsure adherence to standard operating procedures and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentProven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive measurable resultsStrong knowledge of manufacturing systems, safety standards, and quality processesExperience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking ForA visible, hands-on leader who builds trust on the production floorStrong decision-making skills with the ability to balance people and performanceA change agent who thrives in a growth-oriented environmentResults-driven mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
