This role partners closely with cross-functional business, finance, and operations leaders to drive data-informed decision-making, financial planning, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate financial analysis into clear business insights for senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate effective business partnerships across technology, manufacturing, and quality control teams. Manage competing priorities and provide investment guidance through data-driven analysis, including during unexpected events. Present financial summaries, forecasts, and business insights to Senior Business and Finance leadership. Develop and implement long-range business planning and financial forecasts. Build, enhance, and maintain P&L models for new and existing businesses. Develop financial models to assess new business concepts and quantify financial impact. Create KPI dashboards and lead ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions. Work with large datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Lead automation efforts for critical financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Proactively identify opportunities to resolve defects and improve or simplify finance tools across teams. Participate in finance initiatives, including process improvements, periodic reporting, and special analyses. Review and approve procurement and purchase order (PO) requests. Support monthly close, reporting, variance analysis, and ongoing financial performance tracking. Required Qualifications4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis). Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Hands-on experience reviewing and approving procurement or purchase orders. Proven ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Experience supporting complex operational or manufacturing environments preferred. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Hyperion/Essbase or IBM Cognos TM1 reporting tools. Experience with Microsoft Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Background supporting technology, manufacturing, or quality control teams.
