Reporting to the Project Manager, this position ensures that customer expectations are clearly understood and met through effective communication, detailed planning, and proactive coordination. The Customer Program Manager will oversee project documentation, track commitments, and maintain alignment with specifications and schedules. In addition to managing internal resources and subcontractors, this role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing timely updates, and delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nSpecific Job Duties\n\nGenerate, distribute, and track project commitments (subcontracts and purchase orders) with appropriate vendors\n\nGenerate, distribute, and track change orders to subcontractors based on approved information\n\nAssist with generating punch lists, site observations, and other project documentation, track progress and completion\n\nAssist with generating and reviewing daily reports, editing, and distributing as directed by project manager(s)\n\nWork with project management and field staff to provide accurate information for reports and compose original correspondence\n\nAttend project management meetings (office and field) as needed; take notes, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes\n\nAssist in procuring supplies/materials as directed by project manager(s)\n\nEnsure parts are built to the most up-to-date drawings, specifications, addenda, and standards\n\nCollaborate with project management group to monitor production and complete associated reporting\n\nPosition Requirements\nEducation:\n\n4-year Business degree or equivalent experience\n\nBehavioral Attributes:\n\nAbility to plan and organize work effectively\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nAbility to analyze problems, propose solutions, make logical decisions, and carry them out\n\nDemonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment with accuracy\n\nSkills:\n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word\n\nKnowledge of project management software (Procore, Sage, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools (MS Project) helpful\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and office staff\n\nFor candidates based in Minnesota:\nThe pay range for this position is $72,000 – $122,400 annually, exempt.\n\nOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
