To expand the mission and reach, we formed The Creative Kindness Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that manages and runs Cards for Kindness and other creative craft-related initiatives. Learn more at https://www.creativekindness.org/about-us !As a Creative Kindness Warehouse Associate, you will:Support the execution of Creative Kindness logistics by efficiently opening packages, completing quality control on all incoming card packages, and counting and sorting cards as delegated.Ensure that the Creative Kindness space is fully functioning, tidy, stocked, and running smoothly.Input data into spreadsheets, documents, and DonorDock daily.Pick, pack, and ship orders for Creative Kindness Partner Organizations and support fundraiser preparation and shipping.Utilize HelpScout to respond to Creative Kindness Volunteer emails as needed.Support operational improvements to increase the functionality and efficiency of the Creative Kindness processes.Have weekly touch bases with the Creative Kindness Coordinator.Take on other tasks as assigned by the manager.You have the following Core Competencies:Physical Capability: Able to walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, and stand for the duration of a shift, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate stairs as needed. Able to meet established productivity standards within the 30-day onboarding period and consistently maintain those standards thereafter.Accuracy & Detail Orientation: Demonstrates precision in picking, packing, sorting, inventory, and data entry.Initiative: Works independently with strong follow-through. Takes initiative to improve processes and complete tasks efficiently.Communication: Listens intently, follows through with instructions and asks for help and clarification when needed.
