To be successful in this role, you must have a strong sense of trends, fashion, color, design, and crafting knowledge/understanding. In addition, drive, detail orientation, flexibility are also key attributes to consider when stepping into this role.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborates with the Product Development Coordinator to understand and interpret product concepts.\nDevelops poly, cushions, and cutting patterns with precision and efficiency.\nMakes and maintains product specifications for each new style.\nWorks with outside vendors to coordinate product materials for new styles and one-time customs.\nConduct thorough quality assessment at each stage of the development process to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.\nStays abreast of industry trends, materials, and techniques to continually enhance product quality and innovation.\nWorks closely with each department to ensure seamless execution of the product.\nManages multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.\nProvide technical guidance and support to production teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.\nAutoCAD and Solidworks experience\nGoogle Suites experience\nAbilities/Key Competencies/Skills:\nMust be able to work thoughtfully and thoroughly with continuous attention to detail\nMust be able to apply printed matching of fabric to the frame.\nThe ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for up to eight hours or more daily\nAbility to learn quickly and retain a wide range of small details concerning multiple product types, tasks, system processes, issues, and/or projects\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nComfortable multi-tasking, or, pivoting between tasks as the need arises\nWillingness to learn new products, procedures, and processes as business needs change\nA friendly attitude with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and be a team player and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers\nExperience/Certifications/Education:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMust have 3 - 5 years of experience with High-end Upholstered Furniture\nTravel Requirements (if any):\nNone\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily.\nRequires lifting 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-50 lbs. occasionally.\nThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that Kravet Inc. believes, at the time of this posting, that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
