The ideal candidate will have experience in Tableau (Server/Desktop/Prep) for creating data visualizations and reports and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data-related requirements are met and thoroughly tested.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights, using statistical methods and data models to support business decisions.\n* Create clear visualizations and develop reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders.\n* Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, understand data needs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.\n* Clean and preprocess data, handling inconsistencies and outliers using tools like SQL and Excel to prepare it for analysis.\n* Stay current with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis, refining processes for better decision-making.\n* Manage defects, document, and track them through the lifecycle, and create user stories and test cases following Agile practices.\n* Test dashboards, reports, and data sources to ensure business requirements are met, and collaborate with product owners to ensure accurate delivery.\n* Conduct functional, regression, and product owner testing to validate requirements and identify data discrepancies for resolution.\n* Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) and collaborate with teams to align testing with sprint goals.\n* Create and manage Tableau visualizations, dashboards, and data sources to provide accurate reporting and insights.\n* Implement best practices to create templates and provide enhancements and modernize existing dashboard.\n\n*Required:*\n\n* Bachelor's degree\n* Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant data analyst experience.\n* Experience as a Data Analyst in data analysis, cleaning, and reporting.\n* Experience with Tableau Server/Desktop/Prep.\n* Experience using python for data analysis and visualization.\n* Experience with Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).\n* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data discrepancies and issues in reports and dashboards.\n* Experience in defect management, user story creation, and testing, including functional qualification, regression, and user acceptance testing support.\n* Ability to evaluate and validate business requirements, providing actionable feedback.\n* Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing data-driven solutions for business challenges.\n* Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n\\*The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
