Corporate Accountant (Charlotte)

Jackson James have partnered with a Manufacturing business in Charlotte who are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Corporate Accountant to join their finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirementsAssist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset and lease subledger in Dynamics 365Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processesCoordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completionMonitor internal controls and recommend improvements where necessaryAssist in tax preparation and filingsProvide financial insights to support business decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or a similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsProficiency with D365 is preferred
