The role is responsible for overall project delivery managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and stakeholder communication across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate combines strong construction and piping knowledge with proven leadership, contract and risk management skills to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead project planning and execution for pipeline, UG utilities, wet/dry utilities, and piping works from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.\nDevelop, maintain and drive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones and financial targets.\nManage procurement and subcontractor selection, negotiate contracts, oversee scopes of work, and enforce performance and quality standards.\nCoordinate across design, engineering, construction and client teams to ensure constructability, compliance with specifications and timely resolution of design or site issues.\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements; champion safe work practices and conduct regular site safety reviews.\nIdentify and manage project risks and opportunities; maintain accurate records, change management documentation and claims/variations logs.\nPrepare and present regular project reports and forecasts to senior management and clients; maintain clear, timely stakeholder communication.\nLead and mentor project team members and site personnel; foster a collaborative, accountable culture focused on results and continuous improvement.\nOversee quality control and testing for piping, process piping and utility installations; validate inspection and commissioning activities prior to handover.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of progressive project management experience in construction with direct experience in pipeline, underground utilities, wet/dry utilities, and piping/process piping.\nProven track record delivering medium to large construction projects on schedule and within budget.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, piping fabrication/installation, trenching and backfill, dewatering, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and utility coordination.\nExperience managing procurement, subcontractors, contracts, change orders and claims management.\nFamiliarity with applicable codes and regulations (local building codes, DOT, OSHA, environmental permitting).\nCompetency with project controls and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nProfessional certifications preferred: PMP, CCM, or equivalent; OSHA 30 or similar safety certification.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts on site.\nWillingness to travel to project sites and ability to work in outdoor construction environments.\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
